Vocational education training focuses on both girl and boy-child below the age of 18 years however those able to join education systems do so with our support. CIGE offers skills through VET to develop knowledge and skills to enable children get employment in the job market or start small scale businesses when they are of age.

This objective aims to develop a wide range of individual and collective activities that develop skills and personal abilities. Some of the trainings include dress-making, hairdressing, mechanic, carpentry, welding, and masonry and so on. We identify talents and growing them. However, we work with established institutions to offer these skills.

The program helps to stops vicious cycle of poverty, health related issues, stigma and discrimination, illiteracy, exposure to violence, abuse and sex trade.
